Get Up and Move!

In OT we talk about times that we feel we have too much energy.  Sometimes it's from a feeling that your body needs to move more than other people, sometimes you feel extra fidgety and sometimes it's because we have nervous energy. 

No matter what the cause, the solution involves us giving our body what it needs....so get up and MOVE!









After your movement, take a minute to check-in with your body.  Do you feel better than you did before your movement break? Did you raise your heart rate? What other things can you do while social distancing to get your body moving?
