I'm sure you have felt a sense of stress, nervousness or anger at some point over the past week. Although we may think closing school for a few weeks sounds exciting at first, we've learned quickly that this is really HARD. We miss our activities, going places, seeing family, playing with friends and learning at school.
Here is a guided relaxation activity to try. It might feel silly at first....so please try it at least 3 times. Find a comfy and cozy spot in your house and dedicate time to doing something that is good for YOU.
