Kickboxing!

Sensory work time!

Check out these two teachers from a neighboring school district that will teach you kickboxing.

Kickboxing is such an awesome activity for our sensory systems. It give you movement input, proprioceptive input into our joints and muscles - and it's a great workout for your heart and lungs!

Pay close attention to what they say at the beginning....this exercise is for our own benefit and is NOT to be used toward other people.
